A small studio that stays.

Pinlight designs, builds and looks after websites for local businesses. Founded by Cameron Zic, we’re based in Ottawa, Ontario, and work with owners across Canada by phone and video.

Why Pinlight exists

Most owners have been burned by a website at least once.

The template that looks like everyone else’s. The “SEO package” that never showed a result. The designer who stopped answering after launch. Meanwhile the calls go to whoever shows up first on Google.

Pinlight exists to be the opposite: websites built to bring in work, measured honestly, and a studio that’s still answering the phone a year later.

We work with businesses anywhere in Canada, by phone and video. This map is drawn in-house: no map service, no tracking.

Off by default. You can change this any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing.

Needed to run the site

Remembers these choices in your browser (localStorage). No cookies. Always on.

Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views and load times, no cookies, no fingerprinting, nothing that identifies you. Data: Cloudflare (United States).

Calendly loads in a frame and sets its own cookies. It receives your IP address and anything you type into it. Data: Calendly LLC (United States).

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person. It reads browser signals, not cookies for ads. Data: Cloudflare (United States). Without it, forms still work with a simpler check.
