No. Your website is a separate, one-time build price, quoted in writing after a free call and before any work starts. The care plan then covers hosting, security, monitoring and changes each month. Nothing else is added except HST/GST.
Yes. After launch, plans are month to month. If you leave, you get your site files, your domain access and your accounts, and we help you move.
No. Each month’s change hours are used that month. Extra work is $65 an hour, quoted before it starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
Monitoring checks your site every minute, around the clock, and alerts us. Because your site is static and served from a global network, outages are rare; when one happens, a person starts work within your plan’s response window during business hours, and keeps you posted until it’s fixed.
New text, photos, prices, staff, a new section on an existing page. Brand-new pages and features use Priority Partner’s design hours, or are quoted at $65 an hour.
